open the zip and try to open the apk.
if an error pop-up/message comes up on your screen i suggest following this tutorial to open an apk. 

note: you WILL need an android device to open it.

It's impossible to make it on ios. Cause ios apps aren't even 3rd party apps. Plus you need to put it on app store and it'll get removed if copyrighted. Neither the itch.io website can't do so unless it's from app store
