Well when I got a message like it on tablet I just opened browser and looked up: gacha neon download and I installed it on tablet from other site. Also to install the app you need 64 bit android version, because 32 bit won't work
acho que n da pra arrumar, só dá se tu comprar um celular novo... um comentário disse que ele acha que só funciona se for samsung, se arrumar o problema avisa

This is happenning because the link in description is just for pc (laptop), this link never will work in your phone, search in youtube how to install this on phone, i hope i help you <33 (by the way sorry for text in english, i just know english and portuguese, i don't speak espanish TwT i'm from Brazil)

I think the apk only function on Samsung, pls try test in other phones
