Okay, so I have a guess as to what's happening to the android download of the new mod probably due to the creator of the mod fixing the bugs and glitches the current download file will not work but will work for those who go the new mod right as it came out and before the creator made a video about why Gacha neon 1.7 isn't out for Pc but this is just a guess but I am sure that the creator of this mod will fix the problem but for now, wait making mods are not easy so it will take some time.
Oh maybe it's because of the type of tablet you have but that's just my guess of why you can't download it or it's because your device is compatible with 32-bit and that's something the creator is trying to fix so that the mod will be available for everyone.
Right now no one is complaining they're just asking simple questions about how they can download the update for android and ios since it is not working on their devices since it's already out for that devices at the moment and others are just asking how do they update the mod once 1.7 comes for pc and others that didn't receive the update yet but if you are talking about those people who are all the way down cursing and rushing the creator then I agree.

Are you talking about when the update comes out if so yes you might have to delete it and then install the new update because not all updates for mods will be automatic and if you delete it for the new update your progress will also be gone. Also what device are you on?
I would like the developers to bring things from the mobile version to this pc version, and they could bring this when they bring the 1.17 pro pc update
Ik this was made not to long ago and its a lot of work to put these modes together but im on a acer chromebook and a lot of modes don't have it to where people who have chromes can download the mode i'd be really thankful if chromebook users could finally download modes. Specifically this one.

I can't edit and see any of the ocs I have, I just can see the studio, that's the only thing that I can click in it-
Exit out of the game and get back on it, if that doesn't work turn off your device completely and then click the app.

Oh, wait if you can click studio you should be able to access your character by clicking on the character slots and then click edit.
